Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-less drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
